Join us in celebrating our Executive Director Ms. Matilda Mwaba for her Award by the Africa Union Sport Council Region 5 in recognition of her achievements and contribution to sport in Zambia and the region. Ms. Mwaba was presented the award by Chairman of the Southern Africa Development Community(SADC) and President of Zimbabwe His. Excellency Dr. Robert Mugabe.
Secondly, we celebrate professional boxing champion Esther Phiri who also received an award for her pioneering achievement in women professional boxing.
The award ceremony took place at the AUSC Region 5 Games in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe on 7th December 2014.
